Our bamboo toothbrushes are made with eco-friendly, biodegradable bamboo handles and soft bristles made of Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT), designed for effective cleaning. Unlike plastic toothbrushes that take hundreds of years to break down, bamboo naturally decomposes, making it a sustainable choice.

2. How long does a bamboo toothbrush last?

Just like a regular toothbrush, we recommend replacing your bamboo toothbrush every 2–3 months for best oral hygiene.

3. Are the bristles biodegradable?

The bristles are made of PBT, a durable and safe material. While not biodegradable, they are long-lasting and safe for daily use. For disposal:

  • Pull out the bristles with pliers if you want to compost the handle.

  • Recycle the bamboo handle.

We are exploring 100% plant-based bristle options for the future. 🌱

4. How do I care for my bamboo toothbrush?

  • Keep it in a dry place after use.

  • Avoid leaving it in water for long periods.

  • Pat dry the handle if it gets wet.

This ensures a longer life for your brush.

5. How is the packaging eco-friendly?

We use kraft paper sleeves and recyclable boxes, avoiding single-use plastics. Our goal is to stay sustainable from product to packaging.

6. Do you ship across India?

Yes ✅ we ship pan-India. Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

7. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping on orders above ₹199. For orders below that, a small shipping fee is applied.

8. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Please record a short micro video showing the product and any defect/breakage.

  2. Send it to us via email or Instagram DM within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on the video evidence.

This helps us confirm the issue and ensures a smooth process for you.

9. Do I need GST to buy from your store?

No. Customers don’t need GST details to shop. You can order as a normal buyer.
